Kale Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Superfood smoothie for super powers!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded kale
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1.5 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 a bannas
Instructions:
- Shred the kale and discard the stems
- Cut the banana in half
- Peel the banana
- Place the yogurt in the blender
- Add the banana, shredded kale, ice cubes, raspberries, honey, and almond butter
- Blend until smooth and creamy
