Superfood smoothie for super powers!


  • 1/2 cup shredded kale
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 a bannas


  • Shred the kale and discard the stems
  • Cut the banana in half 
  • Peel the banana
  • Place the yogurt in the blender
  • Add the banana, shredded kale, ice cubes, raspberries, honey, and almond butter
  • Blend until smooth and creamy

Kale has impressive health benefits! It helps to eliminate inflammation and detoxify the whole body!
