Seasonal Fruit & Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Heaven in a jar for breakfast, snacks, dessert, …!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp freshly grated orange peel
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or seedless grapes
- 1 tsp. sugar (preferably raw sugar; honey may also work) (optional)
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Scrape the orange along a grater
- Combine the yogurt and orange peels; cover and chill
- In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients
- To serve, spoon the fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes and top with the yogurt
- Optional: Add crunchy and yummy toppings such as chopped almonds, walnuts or granola
