This wellness challenge is a series of BINGO cards that challenge staff, students, and their families to place an emphasis on practicing gratitude in their daily lives.
Pro tip – If you would like to host a multi-week challenge, we suggest doing the following; Starting on a Monday you will begin chipping away at that week’s BINGO squares and completing a reflection questionnaire sent via email each Friday. This will be repeated each consecutive week for a total of three weeks. Completion of each Friday’s reflection questionnaire will make participants eligible for that week’s gratitude themed prizes.
